Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement:

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, within 7–10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned goods.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Important)

No withdrawal is possible for:

·         Opened perfumes

·         Products without the original wrapping or seal

·         Used or damaged products

For hygiene reasons, these items cannot be returned.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 days provided that the product is unopened, unused and sealed.

Only products that are unopened, unused, in their original packaging and sealed will be accepted.

No refund will be issued for an opened item.

·         Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of incorrectly delivered or damaged products.
